James, inspired by his time working in Italy and the time spent in the Uk working for and alongside some incredible chefs in Brighton's vibrant hospitality scene, decided to bring RaviRavi to life.
In the early stages, our Head Chef Erfan Mahrouyan joined the team as we ventured into the Pop-Up scene. Together, we have delivered countless memorable nights, continually expanding both our team and the business.
The pivotal collaboration with Gian Luca, a sensational Italian wine importer and specialist, laid the foundation for our endeavor, allowing RaviRavi to flourish. Our cuisine is a seamless blend of traditional Italian charm and the unique individuality synonymous with Brighton.
